91次元 Athletics announces the hiring of Dalon Parker as Head Men鈥檚 Soccer Coach.
Parker brings more than a decade of experience as a collegiate head coach and athletic administrator, with a proven record of competitive success, academic excellence, and long-term program development. A former collegiate soccer and basketball player with post-collegiate basketball experience, Parker approaches coaching through a multi-sport development lens that emphasizes culture, performance systems, and holistic student-athlete growth.
鈥淐oaching is a calling and a blessing,鈥 Parker said. 鈥淪port is one of the most powerful tools to shape character, teach discipline, and prepare young people for life beyond athletics. My goal is to develop complete student-athletes鈥攕trong competitors, accountable students, and impactful people.鈥
Parker鈥檚 programs consistently excelled in the classroom. His student-athletes maintained team GPAs above 3.8 and earned 28 Academic All-Conference selections, 20 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes, nine CSC Academic All-District honors, and two CSC Academic All-American recognitions.

LPU Men’s Soccer Team
Throughout his coaching career, Parker has coached NAIA All-Americans, developed more than 40 athletes who advanced to collegiate competition, and helped players pursue professional opportunities. In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, he founded and directed a UPSL men鈥檚 soccer organization and has served as an assistant women鈥檚 basketball coach, contributing to defensive strategy, recruiting, operations, and player development.
Parker holds a Master of Science in Business and Leadership from Multnomah University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Dallas Christian College. He is widely respected for building high-accountability cultures that align competitive excellence with academic achievement and character development.
Originally from Duncanville, Texas, Parker values mentorship, community, and family. He and his wife, Sarah, are parents to their son, Elijah.
